We do not offer a direct exchange service for online orders, but you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Online Purchases
- Return for Refund: Request a return through our Returns Center within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Read How can I return my online order? for full instructions.
- Place a New Order: Order your preferred item on our website at any time. We recommend ordering immediately rather than waiting for your refund to secure stock availability.
Return Shipping Fees
- Prepaid Label: We provide a prepaid DHL return label to simplify your return.
- Deduction: The return shipping fee is deducted from your final refund amount and generally equals your initial shipping cost.
In-Store Purchases
- Boutique Exchanges: Items purchased in a physical boutique can only be exchanged at the original boutique where the purchase was made.
- Conditions: Our boutique team will process the exchange provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
Important Note
- Item Condition: All items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, and accompanied by their original packaging (dust bag, box, and protective films).
