You have a period of 30 days to return your item for a refund.
Return Deadlines
The 30-day window begins at different times depending on how you acquired your item:
- Online Orders: 30 days from the date you received your package.
- In-Store Purchases: 30 days from the date of purchase at the boutique.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure your refund is approved and to maintain the Maison's standards of excellence, the item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- Pristine Condition: The return may be refused if the item shows any signs of use or wear.
- Original Packaging: Ensure the item is returned with all its original packaging, including the protective films and the cotton dust bag.
Important Note
- Online Orders: The return process must be initiated through our Returns Center within this 30-day period.
- In-Store Purchases: The item must be brought back to the original boutique within the same timeframe.
