How can I return my online order?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for your selection, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition.


Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return and the preservation of the Maison's quality standards, observe the following requirements:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be in its original state, including all packaging, protective films, and dust bags.
  • Signs of Use: Returns may be refused if the item shows any signs of wear or does not comply with our quality standards.
  • Timeline: Your request must be registered within 30 days of receiving your package.

How to Register a Return

To begin your return journey, visit our dedicated Returns Center.

  • Validation: Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details within 48 hours.
  • Instructions: Upon validation, you will receive an email containing the specific procedure and your return shipping documents.
  • Regional Specifics: If you placed your order on one of our other regional websites (e.g., FR, UK, JP), access the Returns Center through the specific site used for the initial purchase.

Return Shipping Fees

To simplify your experience, the Maison provides a prepaid DHL return label at a preferential rate, which will be deducted from your final refund.

  • United States: The return fee typically corresponds to the initial shipping cost (approximately $20 USD for a single item).
  • International: For other regions, refer to the rates indicated in the Returns Center during your request.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and quality control of the return at our Atelier, we will process the refund for your item.

  • Deductions: The refund will consist of the total cost of the item minus the prepaid return shipping fee.
  • Timeline: Allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our Atelier.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a notification as soon as the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

Important Note

  • Responsibility of the Sender: The return package remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been officially received at our Atelier.
  • Online Restrictions: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical boutiques; they must be processed exclusively via the online Returns Center.
