If You Have Forgotten Your Password

- Initiate: Click on the "Account" icon at the top right of our homepage and select "Log in."
- Request: Select the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Verification: Enter the email address associated with your account and confirm.
- Reset: You will receive an automated email containing a secure link. Click the link to define and confirm your new password.
If You Wish to Change Your Password
If you currently have access to your account and wish to update your security details:
- Access: Log in to your personal space on the website.
- Update: Within your account dashboard, select the "Change password" option.
- Verification: Enter your registered email address to receive a secure reset link.
- Finalize: Follow the instructions in the email to establish your new credentials.
Important Conditions
- Email Reception: If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders.
- Link Validity: For security reasons, the reset link is temporary. If it expires, you will need to initiate a new request.
- Account Existence: A reset email will only be sent if an account was previously created. Purchases made via "Guest Checkout" do not automatically generate an account.
