Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is not mandatory to create an account to purchase an item; you may finalize your order as a guest.


Order Options

  • Guest Checkout: You can complete your purchase by providing only the necessary delivery and contact information. An account will not be automatically generated.
  • Account Creation: If you choose to register, you can do so before or during the checkout process.

  • History & Invoices: Access your complete order history and download your invoices at your convenience.
  • Address Book: Save and manage multiple delivery addresses for future orders.

Important Conditions

  • Account Creation Steps: Click on the "Account" icon at the top right of our homepage, select "Create an account", and enter your details. You will receive a confirmation email once validated.
  • Email Consistency: To ensure your orders are correctly consolidated, we recommend using the same email address for all your interactions with the Maison.
