Can I exchange an in-store purchase?

Yes, exchanges for items purchased in person are possible, provided they are processed at the original point of sale.


In-Store Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item bought at one of our boutiques for a different colour or model, visit us in person:

  • Location: The exchange must take place at the same boutique where the initial purchase was made.
  • Assistance: Our boutique team will be delighted to show you the available collections and help you select your new item.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in pristine, unworn condition and accompanied by its original packaging (dust bag and box, if applicable).

Online Order Reminder

This service is exclusively reserved for boutique purchases.

  • Web Orders: If you placed your order on our website, it cannot be exchanged in-store. Follow our online return-for-refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • No Mail-in Exchanges: The Maison does not offer exchanges by mail for any order.

Important Note

  • All exchanges are subject to the 30-day window and the current stock availability at the boutique.
  • Bring your original receipt to facilitate the process.
