No, items purchased at a Polène boutique cannot be returned by mail. They must be returned in person at the original point of sale.
In-Store Return Policy
To maintain the security of your transaction and ensure a proper quality inspection, all boutique purchases must be handled on-site.
- Original Location: Any purchase made in-store must be returned exclusively to the specific boutique where the item was bought.
- No Mail-In Service: Our online Returns Centre is reserved strictly for website orders. We are unable to accept or process boutique items sent to our Atelier by mail.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued immediately upon validation. It can only be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Online Orders Reminder
If you have an online order that you wish to return, the opposite also applies:
- No In-Store Processing: Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
- Postal Returns: Online purchases must be sent back by post via our Returns Centre.
Important Note
- Bring your original receipt and the payment card used for the transaction when visiting the boutique for a return.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
