Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order is finalised and confirmed, we are unable to manually modify the delivery address within our system.


Managing Your Delivery

To ensure the security of your transaction and a swift dispatch, our logistics process begins immediately. Here are the options to manage your delivery:

  • DHL On Demand Delivery: Once your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email providing access to the DHL ODD portal.
  • Redirection Rules: You may use the portal to request a redirection to a different address or a DHL Service Point, provided the new location is within the same country as the original order.
  • Pre-orders: If you have reserved an item on pre-order and need to update your details, contact our team well in advance of the scheduled shipping date.

Delivery Failures

If the carrier is unable to deliver to the original address and a redirection is not possible, the package will typically be returned to our Atelier.

  • Return to Sender: Once the parcel is received back at our Atelier, a refund for the item will be processed.
  • Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a delivery failure due to address errors.

  • Verify your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase. The Maison is not responsible for delivery failures or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
