Polène offers worldwide delivery through DHL to almost all destinations, with limited geographical exceptions.
Delivery Coverage
All items are dispatched directly from our Atelier in Spain.
- Global Shipping: DHL handles all shipments to ensure a secure delivery.
- Excluded Countries: We currently do not deliver to Belarus, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Kosovo, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
Shipping Requirements
For security and documented handover, we follow strict delivery protocols.
- Direct Address: We deliver to physical residential or business addresses.
- No Relay Points: Delivery to parcel pick-up locations or relay points is not available.
- No PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur additional costs.
- Local Fees: Customs duties or taxes are determined by local authorities.
- Responsibility: All local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
