Since all Polène items are shipped from our workshops in Spain, orders delivered within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
- Final Price: The total amount indicated at checkout is the final price.
- No Additional Fees: Your item is delivered directly to your address with no further payment required.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway
Because Switzerland and Norway are outside the European Union, local import taxes apply to your order.
- Switzerland: Local authorities apply taxes of approximately 8.1% on the total value of your order.
- Norway: Local authorities apply taxes of approximately 25% on the total value of your order.
- Collection: Our shipping partner will contact you to collect these taxes and any administrative fees before or at delivery.
- Responsibility: These charges are set by local regulations and are the recipient's responsibility.
Other International Destinations
For deliveries to other regions (such as the UK or other non-EU countries), local authorities may apply customs charges and taxes. These fees vary by region and are calculated upon entry into the destination country.
