- Internal Processing: We aim to process all returns within 3 to 15 business days of their arrival at our Atelier.
- Peak Periods: During busy periods, it may take the full 15 days to validate and complete the refund.
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email the moment our team has issued the refund.
Receiving Your Funds
The refund is always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Banking Delays: Once the refund is confirmed by Polène, it may take several additional business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
- Shipping Fees: For online returns, note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

- Delays: If your tracking shows that your return was delivered to us more than 15 business days ago and you have not received a confirmation email, contact our team by clicking on Submit a Request.
