Online Purchases
- No Tax-Free Forms: We do not provide tax-free forms or refunds for orders placed on our website.
- Pricing Policy: International online prices are already adjusted for export.
- No Post-Delivery Claims: Tax claims cannot be processed after an order is delivered.
Boutique Purchases
To benefit from a tax refund, you must bring your original physical passport at the time of purchase. Customs authorities strictly refuse photocopies or digital versions.
Paris Locations
- Minimum Purchase: €100.01.
- Polène Richelieu & Champs-Élysées: Our team provides the tax-refund form directly in-store.
- Le Bon Marché: The procedure is handled exclusively by their dedicated guest services desk after your purchase.
Other European Boutiques (Global Blue)
- Milan: Minimum purchase of €70.01.
- Hamburg: Minimum purchase of €50.01.
- Copenhagen: Minimum purchase of 300.01 DKK.
Asian Boutiques
- Tokyo (Omotesando & Ginza Six): Processed immediately in-store via Global Blue. A minimum purchase of 5,000 JPY is required. You must present your physical passport and a matching physical credit or debit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).
- Osaka (Hankyu Umeda): Managed directly by the department store. A minimum purchase of 5,000 JPY (excluding tax) is required. Apply on the same day at the tax-free counter with your original passport and receipt. A 1.55% service fee is deducted from the refund.
- Seoul: Documentation is provided for airport validation. A physical credit card in the passport holder's name is required.
Locations Without Tax-Free Services
Tax-free services are currently not available at the following boutiques:
- New York: The United States does not have a national VAT refund program.
- London
- Beijing
Essential Conditions
- Final Sale: Items processed for a tax refund are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Same-Day Process: The procedure must be initiated in the boutique on the day of purchase and cannot be handled retroactively.
- Residency: You must be a non-resident of the country or trade zone (e.g., a non-EU resident for European boutiques) to qualify.
