How to Register a Return
Start your request by visiting our dedicated Returns Center.
- Validation: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- Instructions: Once validated, you will receive an email with the exact procedure and your return shipping documents.
- Regional Specifics: If you ordered from a different regional website, you must access the Returns Center for that specific site.
Return Shipping Fees
The Maison provides a prepaid DHL return label, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Singapore: The return fee matches the initial shipping cost (approximately S$30 for a single item).
- Multiple Items: The exact return rate for larger orders is displayed in the Returns Center during your request.
Refund Process
We will process your refund after your return passes quality control at our Atelier.
- Deductions: The refund equals the total cost of the item minus the prepaid return shipping fee.
- Timeline: Allow up to 15 business days for processing once the package reaches our Atelier.
- Confirmation: You will receive a notification as soon as the refund is issued to your original payment method.

- Sender Responsibility: The return package remains your responsibility until it is officially received at our Atelier.
- Online Restrictions: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical boutiques.
