You can update your delivery details and contact information at any time to ensure the seamless management of your future orders.
Updating Your Address Book
To modify your registered addresses, follow these steps:
- Authentication: Click on the "Account" icon at the top right of our homepage and log in to your personal space.
- Navigation: Within your dashboard, select the "View Addresses" section.
- Edit: Click on the "Edit" button next to the address you wish to update.
- Save: Once you have adjusted your information, click "Update Address" to finalise the changes.
Managing Contact Details
- Profile Information: Your primary contact details (Name, Phone number) can be adjusted within the "Addresses" section of your account.
- Email Address: To maintain the continuity of your order history, your primary account email is fixed. If you require a change to your login email, contact our team.
Important Conditions
- Active Orders: Updating an address in your account will not automatically update the delivery address of an order that is already confirmed or in preparation.
- Redirection: If you need to change the destination of a package currently in transit, contact our team immediately or use the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) portal.
- Default Address: You can designate a "Default" address to facilitate a faster checkout experience for your future orders.
