Home Delivery
To guarantee the security of your order, the Maison exclusively provides Home Delivery via our partner DHL.
- Signature Required: To ensure the safe arrival of your piece, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Address Requirements: Provide a physical residential or professional address for shipment.
- Security Restrictions: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
Flexibility via DHL On Demand Delivery
While it is not possible to select a pickup point at checkout, you can personalize your delivery once your package is in transit.
- Service Point Access: Once you receive your tracking number, use the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) portal to redirect your parcel to a local DHL Service Point.
- Scheduling: This service also allows you to reschedule your delivery window or provide specific instructions for the courier.
