Once finalized (i.e. payment made), the cancellation of your order is typically not possible. It is very likely that your order is already being prepared.
If your order was placed less than an hour ago, you can send us an email at contact@polene-paris.com. We will then inform you of the status of your order, and proceed to cancel it if not yet shipped.
If the cancellation of your order is not possible, you can absolutely still return your order by contacting us at contact@polene-paris.com. We will refund the total cost of your bag, however shipping costs remain at your expense.
