After you've logged in, simply click “Your Account” at the top right corner of our homepage.
To change your password, click “Change password”, enter the email address used for your Polène account and confirm.
You will receive an email with a link to our website. You simply have to enter your new password and confirm.
To edit your personal information, click “View Addresses” then “Edit”. After modifying your information, click “Update Address”.
