If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it in store. To do so, you must present your unworn bag with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
Your refund is then processed immediately by our sales team via the original payment method.
For any online order placed from November 15 onwards:
- For orders placed on our EN-USD website, returns will be refused in our New York store.
- For orders placed on our FR-EUR website, returns will be refused in our Parisian stores.
- For orders placed on our JP-JPY website, returns will be refused in our Tokyo store.
For purchases made in-store, it will not be possible to return your item to a different location from where the initial purchase was made.
