Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our website, only returns. You will therefore first need to return your order (to do so, click Make a return).

Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.

If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order.

However, it is possible to exchange a color or model in store. To do so, simply return your unworn bag in store. We will refund you via the original payment method. The refund will appear in your bank account within a few business days.

You will then be able to choose and purchase the bag of your choice.
