For orders placed on our EN-USD website, it is possible to return your item at our New York store.

For orders placed on our FR-EUR website, it is possible to return your item at our Paris stores.

For orders placed on our JP-JPY website, it is possible to return your item at our Tokyo store.

For in-store purchases, it is only possible to return your item to the store where the initial purchase was made.

Simply bring your bag along with your proof of purchase to the store and we will proceed with your refund.

You have 15 days upon receiving your order or making your in-store purchase to make a return.

Please note that the bag must not have been worn; and a refund may be refused if the bag shows signs of usage.

Please note that in-store returns will only be accepted if the bag is stored in its original packaging, including the dust bag and the original box.
