For orders placed on our website, it is possible to return your purchase at our Paris or New York stores. Simply bring your bag along with your proof of purchase in store and we will proceed with your refund.
You have 15 days after your purchase in store or upon receiving your order to return it.
Please note that the bag must not have been worn; and a refund may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.
