For any online order placed from November 15 onwards:
- For orders placed on our EN-USD website, returns will be refused in our New York store.
- For orders placed on our FR-EUR website, returns will be refused in our Parisian stores.
- For orders placed on our JP-JPY website, returns will be refused in our Tokyo store.
For purchases made in-store, it will not be possible to return your item to a different location from where the initial purchase was made.
Simply bring your bag along with your proof of purchase to the store and we will proceed with your refund.
You have 15 days upon receiving your order or making your in-store purchase to make a return. Exceptionally for the end-of-year period: any purchase made in shop from 15 November onwards will benefit from an extended return period up to and including 15 January.
Please note that the bag must not have been worn; and a refund may be refused if the bag shows signs of usage.
Please note that in-store returns will only be accepted if the bag is stored in its original packaging, including the dust bag and the original box.
