You have 15 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Please note that the bag must not have been worn; and a refund may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.
We are sorry but we do not offer free returns for returns outside of France. However, we do offer return labels at a preferential rate (the same cost as the initial shipping fees). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
To make your return from a member country of the European Union, simply make your return request directly via the Return Center of the site on which you made your purchase:
For an order placed on our French site, with payment in Euro, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the French site.
For an order placed on our American site, with payment in US dollars, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the American site.
For an order placed on our UK site, with payment in Pounds Sterling, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the UK site.
For an order placed on our European site, with payment in Euros, the request for return must be made in the Returns Center of the European site.
For an order placed on our German site, with payment in Euros, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the German site.
For an order placed on our Dutch site, with payment in Euros, the request for return must be made in the Returns Center of the Dutch site.
For an order placed on our Australian site, with payment in Australian Dollars, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the Australian site.
For an order placed on our Chinese site, with payment in Yuan, the return request must be made at the Returns Center of the Chinese site.
For an order placed on our Japanese site, with payment in Japanese yen, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the Japanese site.
For an order placed on our Korean website, with payment in Korean Won, the return request must be made in the Returns Center of the Korean site.
Once your return request has been confirmed (within a maximum of 48 hours), you will receive a prepaid label by email. This label must be attached to the outside of your parcel, ensuring it is visible.
You can either return your bag by dropping it off at a DHL drop-off point or by scheduling a pick up, where the delivery driver collects your parcel from you.
You will be refunded within 15 days upon receipt of your return parcel. We will inform you of this by email.
