We offer a repair service for our handbags.

To request a repair, please contact us at contact@polene-paris.com, including photographs of your item.

 

In-store drop-off:

Only handbags purchased at one of our store may be dropped off in-store for repair. In-store drop-offs will only be processed in the same country where the original purchase was made.

Please note that Paris - Le Bon Marché, London, Tokyo and Seoul stores do not take repair requests.

Handbags purchased online cannot be dropped off in-store and will be handled exclusively by our Customer Service team.
