My return is held at customs, what should I do?

For returns outside the European Union, it is important that you attach the proforma invoice sent to you on the front of your package (ensuring it is visible).

If the proforma is not visible on the parcel, there is a chance that your package will be held by Customs. If you realize that your parcel is being held by Customs (for example after tracking your parcel with your tracking number), we invite you to contact us at: We will do everything possible to solve the problem, however, we decline any responsibility in case of a return to sender.
