Can I exchange my order for a different style?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our website, only returns. You will therefore need to return your order (to do so, click Make a return).

Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.

If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order.

However, it is possible to exchange a color or model in store. To do so, simply return your unworn bag in store. We will refund you via the original payment method. The refund will appear in your bank account within a few business days.

You will then be able to choose and purchase the bag of your choice.

 

For any online order placed from November 15 onwards:

  • For orders placed on our EN-USD website, returns will be refused in our New York store.
  • For orders placed on our FR-EUR website, returns will be refused in our Parisian stores.
  • For orders placed on our JP-JPY website, returns will be refused in our Tokyo store.

For purchases made in-store, it will not be possible to return your item to a different location from where the initial purchase was made.
