Once an order is finalized and payment is confirmed, we are unable to make any modifications to the selected items, colors, or the delivery address.
Changing Items or Colors
To ensure the rapid preparation of your purchase, our system does not allow for direct modifications to the contents of an order. If you wish to change a model or a color, here are your options:
- Request a Cancellation: Contact our team by clicking on Submit a Request within one hour of purchase.
- Place a New Order: If the cancellation is successful, you may then acquire your desired item by placing a new order on our website.
Modifying the Delivery Address
For security reasons, the Maison cannot manually modify the delivery address once the order is placed. However, you may be able to adjust your delivery via our carrier:
- DHL On Demand Delivery: Once your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Redirection: You may use this link to provide specific instructions or change the delivery address, provided it remains within the same country.
- Flexible Options: Through the DHL portal, you may also choose to redirect the parcel to a service point or reschedule the delivery date.
If the Cancellation Window Has Passed
If your order has already been prepared for shipment by our Atelier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. In this instance, you may choose one of the following:
- Refuse the Delivery: You may refuse the parcel upon delivery. It will be returned to our Atelier by the carrier.
- Accept and Return: Receive the package and initiate a return once the package is in your possession.
- Refund Policy: Upon receipt and quality control of the return, the Maison will refund the total cost of the item. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
